Alchemi Group has completed the sale of a major development opportunity in Victoria for £137m.
Funds of Brockton Capital have bought the 180,613 sq ft City & Liberty Buildings at 33 Horseferry Road, SW1.
City & Liberty, formerly known as Great Minster North, was bought in October 2013 for £97.5m and in December last year Alchemi gained planning consent for conversion to a £400m residential-led development comprising 160 homes.
The 180,000 sq ft block is let to the Department for Transport until December 2018 at a rent of £6.2m pa.
