Alchemi Group has secured planning permission to convert office-led 33 Horseferry Road, SW1, into 160 homes.
The 281,000 sq ft Stiff + Trevillion-designed project will also include 97 car parking spaces
Planning permission was secured last night from Westminster city council for the government-let block.
Charlie Baxter, managing director and co-founder of Alchemi Group, said: “The scheme will not only support the longer-term revitalisation of the area but will create a substantial number of new homes, including a significant element of much-needed affordable housing.”
