Alchemi Group has submitted proposals for a major mixed-use scheme at 5 Strand, WC2.
The scheme, between Charing Cross station and Trafalgar Square, will include a 12-storey building designed by Adjaye Associates.
The plans call for 90,000 sq ft of offices on the first to sixth floors and 26 private market homes on the seventh to tenth floors, as well as 5,600 sq ft of retail and restaurants on the ground floor.
