TAG Worldwide has signed for 40,000 sq ft at Aldgate Tower, E1. It is the first company to commit to the 320,000 sq ft building, which was completed at the end of last year.
The company, part of Williams Lea Group, owned by DeutschePost DHL, will move from multiple offices in Clerkenwell to occupy levels 11 and 12 in the building where rents are around £47.50 per sq ft.
The Aldgate Tower was developed speculatively by Aldgate Developments.
Director Paul Molloy said: “It is a resounding endorsement of our vibrant building, our vision for Aldgate and of Aldgate’s regeneration itself.”
Peter Zillig, chief executive of TAG EMEA, added: “We now see Aldgate as being another of London’s creative digital villages and want to be part of its regeneration.”
GM Real Estate, Savills and BNP Paribas Real Estate acted on behalf of Aldgate Developments; Colliers International advised Tag Worldwide.
