Aldi has signed for 18,084 sq ft at The Derwent Group’s premises at Junction 1 Retail Park, Wallasey, Merseyside.
The new shop is due to open next spring, alongside existing retailers Pets at Home, Home Bargains, B&Q, Carpetright and Halfords.
Junction 1 Retail Park in Bidston Moss is next to Junction 1 of the M53 motorway with retail units ranging in size from 7,225 sq ft to 10,509 sq ft.
