Alfred McAlpine has won a £49m deal to build the infrastructure for the Bridge.
The Bridge is a planned 624 acre mixed-use scheme in Dartford, Kent.
The construction group has also had its contract with Network Rail for the Western Territory network infrastructure renewed for five years.
The deal is worth £125m.
