All-clear for Hartlepool waterfront scheme

  Stockton-based Jomast Developments has gained consent for a £100m redevelopment of the waterfront at Hartlepool Marina.   Planning permission has been granted for a four-star hotel, restaurants, shops, offices and waterside flats on the 11.49-acre Trincomalee Whart at Jackson Dock.   Stuart Monk, managing director, Jomast Developments, said: “Trincomalee Wharf is a highly prestigious development that will add an exciting new dimension to the marina.
