Fashion retailer All Saints has signed for three stores, in Cardiff, Bristol and Aberdeen.
In Cardiff, it has signed a 15-year lease at £125,000 pa on a 3,736 sq ft store trading on two levels in Capital Shopping Centres and Land Securities’ St David’s 2 extension. The store is due to open in March 2009.
At Land Securities’ Bristol shopping centre Cabot Circus it has signed a 15-year lease on a 3,512 sq ft store at £147,500 pa. The store is due to open in September.
In Aberdeen it has signed a 15-year lease on a 5,000 sq ft three-level store at Eskgate’s 136-138 Union Street. It will pay £130,000 pa for the store which is due to open in March.
