TH Real Estate has secured three new retail and leisure lettings at 440 Strand, WC2.
Hoxton Hotel owner Ennismore’s new Indian restaurant concept, Tandoor Chop House, has signed a deal for a 1,300 sq ft restaurant, paying £110,000 pa.
Japanese confectionery shop Minamoto Kitchoan is taking 750 sq ft for £250,000 pa and Accessorize has signed for a 1,050 sq ft shop at £235,000 pa.
All have signed 10-year leases.
