Allianz Real Estate is seeking new investments in London off the back of completing a £401m city debut.
The investor has completed a deal to acquire a 75% interest in three West End buildings – 10 Portman Square, Marble Arch House and York House – bringing its total invested to £4.3bn, with equity and financing across multiple sectors.
Kari Pitkin, head of business development for Europe at Allianz Real Estate, said: “Our conviction in London as an investment destination continues to grow. We will continue to look for opportunities to expand across all our current platforms.
“Our focus will be on diversified core, manage-to-core and develop-to-core strategies within London.”
