Allied Dunbar has purchased the freeholds of two industrial units at the Centre Link Industrial Estate, Nechells, Birmingham, from Scottish Equitable for £1.475m.
The units generate £153,000 pa. Pilkington occupies a 2,876 sq m (30,958 sq ft) unit on a lease with 20 years to run. Peak House Pantry occupies an 876 sq m (9,430 sq ft) unit with 17 years to run.
