Allied Leisure is buying seven Burger Kings for £2.9m from Noblecut and Errol Ismail, receivers of Maxines International. Completion is conditional inter alia upon the acquisition of all superior landlords’ consents within three months. They are at Peterborough, High Wycombe, Walthamstow, Doncaster, Kettering and two locations in Leicester.
