Allied London Properties has confirmed that the £138m cash deal to take the company private has gone unconditional.
Arrow Property Investments, backed by Deutsche Bank Real Estate and US investment firm JER Roberts, will now de-list the company and take it private. Full agreement has been reached with the shareholders including Allied London chairman Sir Geoffrey Leigh, who agreed to sell his 8.7% stake.
Last week Russell Platt, who headed JER International in Europe, left the firm.
