Allsop will offer its largest catalogue so far this year in its August auction, with 275 lots.
The residential sale will take place online on 3 August, with 10 lots having a guide price in excess of £1m. It includes a block of eight flats in Kennington (pictured) with a guide price of £2.5m-plus.
The August catalogue features a mix of investment and development opportunities across the UK. It includes a former office building with planning permission for redevelopment and less conventional assets, such as roof space.
Other substantial lots include a former care home with development potential in South Croydon and has a guide price of £1.9m-plus.
Richard Adamson, partner at Allsop, said: “The current market conditions have made transacting challenging for many property owners, but the success of our June auction sale has encouraged a number of motivated sellers to consider the auction route – a safe way of securing a swift sale at any time of the year, even the summer holidays.”
Allsop’s July auction raised more than £44.7m from the sale of 118 lots. They have raised a total of £193m so far this year.
