Portfolios of bank branches let to RBS and Natwest will power Allsop’s 120-lot catalogue for its final auction of the year.
So far in 2014, Allsop has raised £442m and sold 114 lots at prices in an excess of £1m.
Lots from all regions will be offered at the Dorchester hotel, W1, on 10 December, with guide prices ranging from £100,00 to more than £6m.
Commercial tenants include Asda, Tesco, Co-op, Barclays, Natwest, Lloyds, HSBC, RBS, Nationwide, PizzaExpress and McDonald’s as well as the University of Bedfordshire.
A virtual freehold ground lease investment producing £280,775 pa, let to Asda for a further 64 years, will be offered with a guide price of £6m. The 73,400 sq ft supermarket in Farnworth, Bolton, is on a 4.96-acre site.
A parade comprising five shops in Enfield, Middlesex, with scope for development will go under the hammer with a guide of £2.7m. It produces a current rental income of £164,000 pa.
Allsop raised £113.5m in October with a 71% success rate for the 281 lots offered.
