The 72-bedroom Kimberley Hotel in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, is being offered at Allsop’s next commercial sale.
The hotel is let on a 200-year lease at £125,000 pa and is guided at £2.2m to £2.3m.
The sale will be the biggest this year, with 224 lots and £10.8m pa of income, of which £7.5m is retail.
It will be held on 19 October at the Berkeley, SW1, and on 20 October at The Dorchester, W1.
