Allsop’s November catalogue features 86 lots, varying in price from £75,000 to £3.2m.
Of the lots, 21 are guided at or above £1m, with the total guide price reaching £65m. Sellers of the properties include: B&M Retail, Central Co-Op, Columbia Threadneedle, Firethorn Trust, Funeral Partners and London Metric.
These sales will add to the 420 commercial lots that Allsop has already sold since the start of the year, with the auction success rate sitting at 83%. Notably, the catalogue features four shops in Kensington High Street (pictured) with a guide value of £2.45m.

Auction highlights include:
- Lot 12 Kensington High Street, London: a collection of four central London shops to be offered separately on auction day, guided at £2.45m+ (6.1% GIY)
- Lot 13 Raynes Park, London: pharmacy and residential investment with lapsed planning consent for 2×2 bedroom flats plus 1×1 bed is guided at £1.4M – £1.5M (7.16% GIY)
- Lot 25 Billingham: an Industrial unit totalling 24,800 sq ft, on a 2.6-acre site, let to AQ Rent UK Limited at £111,600 pa on a lease expiring 2033, has a guide price of £1.5m+ (7.45% GIY)
- Lot 30 Bermondsey, London: a vacant property of 3,947 sq ft, guided at £2.4M – £2.5M
