Allsop Residential recorded an 81% success rate at its 30 October auction.
Of 276 lots offered, 222 sold, raising a total of £55.7m.
Auction highlights included a residential development opportunity at 80 Madeley Road, Ealing, W5, comprising a freehold detached building arranged as six self-contained flats with planning permission for conversion to a single home.
The 2,500 sq ft property had a guide price of £1.5m, and sold for above guide price at £1.9m. It was sold on behalf of a housing association and is near the Crossrail development at Ealing Broadway station.
A 2,711 sq ft freehold corner building in Battersea, SW11, comprising four ground floor shops and three flats sold at the guide price of £1.5m – a 4.63% yield.
The ground floor shop is let to Savills, with a rent review in February 2015, and the flats have assured shorthold tenancies with a total rent together of £69,520 pa.
The auction took place at the Cumberland Hotel W1 and is the penultimate Allsop residential auction of the year. The final residential auction will take place on 17 and 18 December.
