Allsop to put 230 residential lots under the hammer

Allsop has released its June residential auction catalogue, offering 230 lots with 20 guided at more than £1m.

The auction – its largest of the year to date – includes investment and development opportunities across all parts of the country.

Richard Adamson, partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said: “As we continue to operate in an uncertain economic environment, characterised by soaring inflation, geopolitical instability and tumbling stock markets, residential property continues to be seen as an attractive asset type to invest in, providing buyers with reassurance and allowing them to safeguard their cash.”

Highlights include a freehold unbroken mid-terrace building in Notting Hill, W11 (lot 25, pictured), consisting of 12 self-contained flats with possible potential for reconfiguration, guided at £5m-plus.

In Dartmouth, a freehold holiday chalet park ground rent investment (lot 52) extending to a site area of approximately 18.7 acres with possible potential for further development is guided at £3m-plus.

Allsop’s next residential auction will be held online on 23 June.
