More than 20 lots in Allsop’s upcoming commercial auction are guided at or above £1m.
The catalogue features 121 lots in total, offering a variety of investments from retail parades, pharmacies, industrial assets and ground rent investments to restaurants, spread across the country.
Some 42 of the lots on offer are located in London and the South East.
Lots guided at £1m-plus include a 25,000 sq ft, multi-let office in Fleet, Hampshire, which produces £305,000 per annum and is guided at £3.7m-£3.9m; a Busy Bees day nursery in Bristol, which produces £224,869 pa and is guided at £2.1m; and a 3,165 sq ft multi-let shop and office in the City, guided at £3m-plus.
George Walker, partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said: “Despite 2023 having been a challenging year we have successfully raised £137m from the sale of 256 lots, with an average success rate of 90%. As we are about to hold our third auction in just three months, I am pleased to confirm that we are still seeing healthy levels of investor interest – there is an abundance of deal-hungry cash buyers constantly on the lookout for new opportunities.”
