Almacantar unveils new image of Marble Arch Place

Almacantar and The Portman Estate have unveiled a new image of their Marble Arch Place development, W1. Brookfield Multiplex, the international construction company, has been appointed contractor for the scheme. The existing 1960s building will be replaced by a residential, office and retail scheme, with views across Hyde Park. The development consists of an 18-storey residential tower, with 54 flats and a seven-storey commercial building providing a total of more than 95,000 sq ft of offices.
