Alphabet, part of the BMW Group, has signed for 33,228 sq ft at Form 1, Bartley Wood business park in Hampshire.
The fleet management group has signed a 10-year lease for the offices in Hook. It is paying £19.50 per sq ft.
It joins tenants including IT retailer Lenovo and drinks manufacturer First Drinks.
Landlord CIT was advised by Strutt & Parker and CBRE; CBRE also represented Alphabet.
