Altitude Real Estate, on behalf of owners Prime Finance (West Byfleet) Ltd, has been granted planning permission to develop West Byfleet District Centre in West Byfleet, Surrey.
The retail- and leisure-led mixed-use scheme (pictured) comprises up to 53,819 sq ft of retail and leisure space, up to 22,527 sq ft of commercial office space, up to 255 residential units and 3,229 sq ft for a new community space or library.
Altitude Real Estate is led by former Argent directors Gary Taylor and Stephen Tillman, together with Nigel Robson, a founding partner of Resolution Property.
