Alumno Developments has lodged proposals for a 228-bed student accommodation development in Norwich city centre.
Plans for the project, called All Saints Green, include a building of up to nine storeys adjacent to the city’s bus station.
Subject to planning, the £16m Carson & Partners-designed project would complete by September 2015.
According to Savills, average student rents in Norwich are £250 per month.
