Plans have been submitted for a 199-bed student accommodation development in Aberdeen.
Alumno Developments wants to redevelop the former Plumb Centre site on Powis Place into a £17m Carson & Partners Architects-designed scheme.
Subject to planning consent from Aberdeen city council, the project would be completed by September 2016.
