Aberdeen city council has granted planning consent for a 200-bed student housing scheme proposed by Alumno Developments.
The £17m scheme, designed by Carson and Parsons, will redevelop the site of the former Plumb Centre on Powis Place.
Fairhursts advised Alumno on planning.
Practical completion is scheduled for August 2016.
