Management consultancy Alvarez & Marsal has made M&G Real Estate’s the Lincoln its new Manchester home.
The firm has taken a 10-year lease on 14,160 sq ft on the top floor and roof terrace, joining flexible office provider Cubo, which earlier this year took a 12.5-year lease for 30,796 sq ft.
