Property management business AM Surveying & Block Management is relocating its HQ to Orchard House in Maidstone, Kent, which it intends to rebrand as Penelope House.
The family-run firm specialising in residential block management, surveying and property consultancy across London and the South East will occupy the 7,200 sq ft building, which it bought for £1.8m after securing a commercial mortgage from Allica Bank.
The workspace features a boardroom, electric vehicle charging bays and a dedicated staff gym.
The relocation comes amid continued expansion of the business’ in-house services, with AM Surveying outgrowing its existing HQ.
Matthew Mackintosh, owner of AM Surveying & Block Management, said: “As we continue to grow, we need a space that not only accommodates our expanding team but also reflects the high standard of service we deliver on a daily basis to our clients.
“Penelope House gives us the foundation to continue innovating and investing in the future of block management, whether that’s through new technology, expanding our in-house services or ensuring our team has the best possible environment to work in.”
