Scottish property developer AMA has appointed Christie + Co to sell its care homes village development in Edinburgh.
AMA’s Cramond development is for a 96-bed care home and 60 assisted-living flats across 16.7 acres. There is also room for a nursery and shop.
The company is looking for a buyer for the development, which once complete is expected to be valued at £20m, or an operator to lease the properties.
Martin Daw, associate director of Christie + Co, said: “Any new operator would have the potential to achieve high private weekly care fees.”
