BAA Lynton has prelet phase 3 of its World Business Centre at Heathrow Airport to airline service company Amadeus at £325 per sq m (£30 per sq ft).
Work on the five-storey 7,250 sq m (78,000 sq ft) building will begin next month with completion expected in December 2001.
The airports company will also provide Amadeus with 3,345 sq m (36,000 sq ft) of short-term office accommodation in phases 1 and 2 while the building is under construction.
The 15-year lease includes a nine-month rent free period.
