Amazon has taken 310,000 sq ft at Prologis Park Dunstable in Bedfordshire.
The company will be paying close to the quoting rent of £7.25 per sq ft.
The distribution centre, which was speculatively built by Prologis, will be operational by autumn of this year.
The purchase brings the number of Prologis buildings occupied by Amazon up to four.
Andrew Griffiths, managing director of Prologis UK, said: “We believe that Dunstable is a strong location for the logistics sector and we are investing in our site on Boscombe Road because it offers some of the best opportunities for our customers in the South East market.”
Savills and Colliers International acted for Prologis.
