Amazon is tracking and targeting its US workers who are failing to comply with its hybrid working policy.
According to an e-mail seen by the FT, the firm has singled out some staff members to tell them they were “not currently meeting our expectation of joining your colleagues in the office at least three days a week”.
The firm is understood to be monitoring staff tapping in and out of its offices with their identification passes.
Amazon is among a growing list of employers worldwide that have in recent months asked staff to return to the office more regularly.
