Columbia Threadneedle has put up for sale a £40m office block in Farringdon that is let to Amazon.
The fund manager has hired Michael Elliott to sell 26-28 Glasshouse Yard, EC1, a 47,758 sq ft building with a lease expiring in 2022.
The building, which is let off rents of £38 per sq ft, has reversionary potential, given rents in the surrounding areas.
Close to Farringdon Station, 26-28 Glasshouse Yard is single-let to Amazon UK.
