Once America’s priciest house, ‘Billionaire’ in Bel-Air has finally sold. At a 62% discount.
The far-from-modest home, built by handbag entrepreneur Bruce Makowsky, had been put on the market for $250m three years ago – a snip considering that included 21 bathrooms and $30m worth of luxury cars.
It has now finally sold for $94m.
