Peterson Group and Resolution Property have secured the first office occupier for Ampersand, W1.
Finisterre Capital has gone under offer for the 13,387 sq ft top floor of the 90,000 sq ft development between Oxford Street and Wardour Street.
A 10-year deal at around £80 per sq ft is understood to have been agreed. Finisterre will relocate from 4,250 sq ft at Queensbury House, W1, to Ampersand, which is due to complete in November.
DTZ and Hanover Green are letting agents on Ampersand; Mellersh & Harding is representing the tenant.
