Anbang Insurance Group and affiliates have increased their holding in property company Financial Street to 20%.
Anbang has been active in the European and U.S. markets of late, adding at least six investments in the banking, insurance and real estate sectors over the last three months.
The Chinese insurer also became the largest shareholder in Minsheng Bank, with a 9.1% stake.
Financial Street develops properties in Beijing’s financial district.
