Andrew Cornelius joins Countryside

Andrew CorneliusAndrew Cornelius has been appointed by Countryside as finance director of its Partnerships South business.

He will be responsible for strategic financial decisions on all aspects of the business alongside chief executive Richard Cherry, and managing director Matthew Higgs.

Cornelius joins from the Berkeley Group, where he was head of finance for St James following roles within group finance.

The Partnerships business has a current and future development programme of circa 15,000 mixed-tenure homes, with the largest current site at Acton Gardens in West London − a joint venture partnership between Countryside and L&Q.
