Andy Irvine (pictured) is to become the first chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Scottish business.
The former Scottish rugby team captain has been managing director of JLL Scotland since 1996.
And, until Neil Cockburn was appointed in February (28 February, p30), he had been covering the head of Glasgow job.
As chairman, Irvine will spend more time on business development and client relationship management.
Head of Edinburgh Alan Robertson will become managing director, while national director Alasdair Humphery will take on the Edinburgh role.
The moves follow a spate of departures from JLL’s Scottish business last year.
