The first residential phase of the NOMA development in Manchester has been recommended for planning approval at a meeting on Thursday.
Moda Living – a joint venture between Caddick Developments and Generate Land – is behind the 458-flat Angel Gardens scheme.
Rising to 34 storeys, the project is one of a trio put up for forward funding by Caddick Developments through CBRE, with the NOMA element expected to attract £85m of funding, as revealed by Estates Gazette.
