Irish housebuilder Cairn Homes has sold 229 build-to-rent flats in Dublin to a special purpose company.
The firm, managed by Carysfort Capital and funded by Angelo Gordon, bought the flats for €78.75m.
The deal comes hot on the heels of the sale of Cairn’s Six Hanover Quary in Dublin to the same special purpose company last year, for around €101m.
The 229 new homes, comprising apartments, duplexes and houses, are being delivered on a phased basis until the end of 2020.
The scheme is located 1km from Adamstown train station, which provides direct access into Dublin city centre.
