Another Clifton co-founder exits the business

DTRE has grown its alternative capital markets team with Jim Remfry and Charlie Moulton joining from Clifton Agency. Remfry was a co-founder of Clifton Advisory alongside Ben Simpson, who alongside the rest of the agency had moved to Green & Partners. Prior to Clifton Agency, Remfry worked alongside Simpson at CWM for nine years as an equity partner. In the new role, Remfry will head DTRE’s alternative capital markets team alongside Harry Glatman, while Moulton will serve as an associate partner. The wider team also includes James Cook and Joe Dowley. The new hires are expected to enhance DTRE’s capabilities across asset classes including PBSA, co-living and BTR, healthcare, hospitality, retail warehousing and supermarkets.
