Lisa Tchenguiz attended the High Court on Friday for a preliminary hearing on her divorce from Vivian Imerman.
She is seeking a payout that could be as high as £100m. Her brothers Robert and Vincent are due at the same court for their judicial review into their arrests by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO). Neither was charged in connection with loans they had with Kaupthing. They are challenging the arrests and Vincent is threatening to sue the SFO for damages. Both men maintain their innocence.
