Anthology, backed by Oaktree Capital Management, has acquired a 1.6-acre site in Wembley Park, HA9, with a potential GDV of £75m.
The plot, which was bought from Durkin Group, sits within an area set to see a £2.5bn regeneration led by the London Borough of Brent.
The site is identified in the Wembley masterplan and Anthology will be in discussions with Brent to deliver a mixed-use development with up to 200 homes by 2018.
