Anthology plans SE14 brownfield scheme

Arklow-Road-CGI-570pxAnthology has submitted plans to Lewisham council for a new neighbourhood, providing 30,000 sq ft of employment space and 300 homes in Deptford, SE14.

A 2.9-acre site of  brownfield land is earmarked for development on the former Arklow Trading Estate.

Anthology executive director Adam Gaymer said: “At the moment this site is disused and unloved. We want to seize the opportunity to realise the potential of this land; to enhance the existing community by becoming a thriving new neighbourhood where people live, work and play.”

Rolfe Judd Architecture designed the scheme.
