America Online (AOL) is to rent a 6,000 sq m (65,000 sq ft) custom-built facility at Citywest Business Campus on the Naas Road, Dublin, at approximately I£1.2m pa.
The facility will be located in the new Digital Park on Lake Drive alongside AOL’s existing 2,300 sq m (22,500 sq ft) facility and will consist of two interlinking two-storey buildings of 4,300 sq m (46,000 sq ft) and 1,750 sq m (19,000 sq ft) respectively.
The facility is being built for AOL by Davy Hickey Properties, the developer of Citywest, and is due to be completed by the end of this year. The agreement includes an option by AOL for an adjoining site at Citywest, which is capable of providing a further 6,000 sq m (64,585 sq ft) of space.
