AON Corporate has taken 1.653 m² of office space in Diamante Plaza in Kraków.
Diamante Plaza is the mixed-use building owned by Aldesa Polska, a Polish-based company owned by Spain’s Aldesa Group.
The building offers 10,000 m² of prime office and retail space. CBRE acted for the tenant; top rents in Krakow are around €15 per m² a month.
Paul Crayford, director, strategy and transactions, EMEA real estate at AON, said: “We have secured flexible lease terms and we plan to expand the office space in the near future and will be continuing working relationship with CBRE on other upcoming project within Aon’s portfolio in Poland.”
