Parcel carrier APC Overnight has committed £14m to opening a new hub in Staffordshire.
The delivery firm has appointed Opus Land to develop a 128,000 sq ft building at Kingswood Lake, Cannock. APC recently purchased the land from Staffordshire county council.
The courier will be relocating from its existing Essington site, which is around 60,000 sq ft.
CBRE advised APC in the land acquisition. The council was unrepresented.
