Capital & Regional has secured the first Apple franchise for Lincoln, with a letting at The Waterside Shopping Centre.
The store will be operated by Stormfront Retail, which operates 14 Apple outlets across the UK. The 3,360 sq ft shop is due to open on 17 December.
The rent is thought to be around £89,500 pa and the lease term is 10 years.
Capital & Regional purchased The Waterside Shopping Centre from clients of PRUPIM in February for £24.7m in a 50-50 joint venture with Karoo Investment Fund II (Karoo).
The 120,000 sq ft scheme is anchored by names such as Primark, New Look and Topshop, which recently re-fit its 7,800 sq ft store.

“This letting, alongside a line of other new names which have recently taken space in the centre, demonstrates how we are successfully applying our retail management skills to reposition The Waterside Shopping Centre as the dominant fashion and lifestyle destination within Lincoln.”
