Aprirose has made two new senior appointments in its asset management and transactions and legal teams, with the former joining from Starwood Capital Europe Advisers.
Robert Kennedy has joined the business from Starwood, where he led real estate asset management activities for multiple assets across Europe. Prior to joining Starwood Capital, Kennedy worked at Ernst & Young as a senior executive in real estate corporate finance.
Robert Bindless will become head of transactions and legal at the firm. He will oversee the management and delivery of Aprirose’s acquisition and disposal pipeline.
Bindless was formerly senior lawyer of real estate global transactions at magic circle law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. His investment clients have included Cerberus, Pandox, Blackstone and TPG.
