Aquascutum’s administrator has decided to close the brand’s clothing factory in Corby, Northamptonshire.
FRP Advisory said the plant was “not viable to continue to trade due to lossmaking operations and a lack of funding”. The fashion house’s three stores at Westfield White City, in west London, Canary Wharf, in London’s Docklands and Windsor, in Berkshire, as well as 16 concessions, continue to trade.
